Bath & brush
45-75 minutes of fresh
A gentle shampoo, blow-dry, thorough brush-out, and ear clean. Ready for more sofa snuggles.
Good grooming. Very good pets.
A fresh cut, a proper pamper, and a whole lot of love. Welcome to your pet's new happy place.
Little paws. Big personalities. All welcome.
Smooth. Silky. Seriously fluffy.
A breed name is only part of the story. We want to see the coat they have today, hear about their usual routine, and agree on a groom that fits.
No two coats.
No one-size-fits-all fluff.
The coat check comes first. These are conversation starters, not a remote assessment. The groomer agrees the service, time, and price after meeting your pet.
The grooming menu
45-75 minutes of fresh
A gentle shampoo, blow-dry, thorough brush-out, and ear clean. Ready for more sofa snuggles.
90-120 minutes of the good stuff
The whole lovely lot: bath, brush, a custom haircut, ear clean, and nail trim. Big main-character energy.
20-30 minutes, a little refresh
A nail clip and a neat little trim around the face, paws, and hygiene areas. Small details, big difference.
Small: under 20 lb. Prices are starting estimates in USD.
Every coat is different. We'll agree on the details before we start.
The very good detail board.
Sometimes the brief is a softer face, neater paws, or keeping that wonderful tail. Bring the details you love; we can talk through the rest.
01 / The hello
Rounder, a little neater, or mostly as they are? A front-facing reference helps explain the expression you want to keep.
02 / The little footsteps
Talk about the shape around the feet and the areas that collect the day's adventures. The groomer can explain the tidy-up options.
03 / The happy ending
A fuller finish or a simpler outline? Tell us which bits feel most like your pet, and what you would rather leave alone.
A style conversation.
Same best friend.
Not just a haircut. A happy place.
Some pets strut straight in. Others need a little hello first. We meet them where they are, with gentle hands and time to get comfortable.
Quiet introductions, little breaks, and plenty of reassurance.
From silky and smooth to gloriously curly.
We talk through the style, time, and price together.
Choose a groom and share the little things that make your pet, your pet.
We'll say hello, chat about their coat, and make a plan you're happy with.
Pick up a fresh, fluffy friend. We can't promise they'll skip the next puddle.
A small moment at the club.
Some grooming moments are small and quiet. A steady hand, a familiar voice, a chance to pause. We make room for those moments, too.
Tell us how your pet feels about being brushed and handled. That conversation helps the groomer plan the visit around the pet in front of them, not just the finish in a photograph.

Club notes / A calmer kind of groom
Small pauses welcome.
A few good questions
First groom or fiftieth, we like to keep things nice and simple.
We start with a friendly hello and a chat about your pet's coat, routine, and any sensitive spots. Bring a favorite treat and a photo of the style you love. We'll confirm the plan and price together.
Notes from their everyday adventures.
You see them every day. Those little observations are useful conversation starters at their next groom.
Mention areas that feel different from the last visit, or parts of the coat you find hard to brush. The groomer can take a look and discuss the grooming plan with you.
Tell us which parts of brushing, bathing, or handling they seem happy with and which they find less familiar. Helpful context belongs in the handover.
Bring a photo of the brush, comb, or grooming products you use. Ask the groomer to explain the tools used during the appointment and demonstrate anything you want to understand.
A little more length, an easier outline, or the same happy fluff. A photograph of their last groom can help explain what you loved and what you would change.
A small note now. A better chat at the club.

Pick their pamper, find a time, and tell us about your best friend. We'll agree on the details and final price together.
