Generated
A turbine at Kellow Ridge spins up. We buy the half hour before it is produced, at a price fixed with the operator for ten years.

Transformed
Thirty-three thousand volts drop to eleven at the substation, then to two hundred and thirty on your street. Losses along the way are ours, not yours.

Measured
Your meter reports every thirty minutes. We reconcile it against the generation register the same night, not thirty days later.

Itemised
One page. Wholesale cost, network cost, our margin, your credits. Everything else is a footnote, and we keep the footnotes short.
