A great club starts before the activity does. It starts with feeling welcome, knowing what to expect and being listened to.

We learn their name, show them around and give them a little time before joining in.
Small, familiar groups
Up to 12 children in a club session, with a leader who notices the quiet moments as well as the loud ones.
Clear handovers
A check-in with the grown-up at arrival, and a little update about their adventure at collection.
