    Before you hit the floor

    Do I need to be fit already?

    No starting score required. Foundations is a good first class, and every session has a coach on the floor. Let us know it is your first visit so we can show you around.

    What should I bring?

    Comfortable training clothes, trainers, a water bottle, and a small towel. We provide the equipment. Arrive ten minutes early for your first session.

    How does the three-class taster work?

    The example taster is three group classes for £20, used within 14 days of your first session. One taster per new member. This demo lets you preview a request without purchasing it.

    Can I try personal training first?

    Yes. Choose a complimentary coaching conversation in the form below. Pick a trainer if someone feels like a good fit, or let us help you choose.

    What if my plans change?

    For this example club, group classes can be cancelled up to 12 hours before their start. Monthly memberships renew monthly and can be stopped before the next renewal.

    Is there somewhere to change?

    The imagined Setpoint studio has changing rooms, showers, lockers, and a refill station. The training floor is at ground level; tell us about access needs in your enquiry.
