Good people in your corner
Different strengths. One shared job: helping you feel at home on the training floor.
Strength & foundations
Good form. Real confidence.
Maya makes the weights room feel like your room. Her sessions give you space to learn, ask questions, and enjoy getting stronger.
Expect a clear explanation, a demonstration, and a coach who remembers where you started. Maya leads Strength Lab and our beginner-friendly Foundations sessions.
Conditioning & energy
Your pace. A little push.
Eli brings the energy without the ego. Think good music, a shared effort, and a session you can make your own.
From a first group class to a regular training routine, Eli helps you find an effort that suits the day. His Engine sessions mix stations, teamwork, and plenty of encouragement.
Movement & mobility
Make room to move.
Nina makes the quieter work count. Her sessions explore control, range, and the satisfaction of moving with a little more intention.
Nina leads Reset and one-to-one movement sessions. She creates an unhurried space to practise, explore different options, and build confidence at your own pace.
One coach. Your direction.
Personal training starts with a conversation, not a stopwatch. Tell us what you want to feel more confident doing. We'll work out the next step together.
