Your first lesson / No need to know it all

Before the engine starts

Let's make the first
five minutes easy.

We'll confirm the meeting point and what to bring beforehand. Once you're in the car, there's time to talk before anything else.

  • Tell us what feels exciting, and what feels a bit daunting.
  • Get comfortable with the seat, mirrors and controls.
  • Agree one small goal for your first time out.

“Mia never made me feel rushed. The lesson where I stopped dreading roundabouts was a very good day.”

Good questions. Straight answers.

Can I start if I have never driven?

Absolutely. Tell us you are starting from scratch and we will make the first lesson an introduction, with time to find your feet.

Can I change instructors?

Yes. A good fit matters. Talk to us about what would help and we can discuss another instructor or approach.

How are lesson times arranged?

Share the days and times that work for you. Your instructor will confirm a regular slot or discuss a flexible plan before anything is booked.

Can I take refresher lessons?

Yes. Tell us about the journeys or situations you want to feel more comfortable with, and we will plan around those.

What if I am outside your area?

Our current demo pickup areas are shown on the map. A nearby meeting point may be possible; the exact arrangement would need to be agreed first.

How do I pay for a package?

This demo lets you explore and preview a lesson request. It does not take payments or reserve lessons. Prices are illustrative.
