Daywell / Considered cleaning

Homes. Workplaces. Fresh starts.

Life happens.
We'll handle the clean.

The crumbs, the corners, the things you'll get to later. We make room for a little more life in your day.

A light-filled living room and kitchen with fresh linen, oak furniture, and a neatly kept space
A home to live in.
A little less to do in it.

Different spaces.
Same thoughtful care.

The home reset

Living spaces, kitchens, and bathrooms. A regular rhythm or one good fresh start.

A better workday

Desks, meeting spaces, and shared kitchens, ready for your team.

The next chapter

An empty-property clean, shaped around the rooms and handover priorities.

Starting prices in USD. Size, condition, and agreed extras determine the final quote.

The room-by-room view

Nothing vague.
Just a clear clean.

A shared checklist helps us spend time in the right places. Open a room to see a typical starting scope.

High-level work, specialist stain treatment, hazardous cleanup, and repairs need a separate specialist. We'll flag anything outside the agreed clean.

Reachable surfaces and ledges, a careful dust, floor vacuuming or mopping to suit the surface, and a light straighten of agreed areas. We leave personal collections where you want them.

A shared idea of done

The everyday things.
The extra things.

A clear scope makes a better visit. We separate the regular checklist from jobs that need their own time, preparation, or equipment.

THE STARTING CHECKLIST

The spaces you use daily.

The room-by-room essentials, tailored to the surfaces and priorities in your home.

Reachable surfaces
Dusting and wiping agreed ledges, worktops, and furniture surfaces.
Kitchens and bathrooms
Sinks, taps, external appliance surfaces, and the agreed bathroom checklist.
Floors and a light straighten
Vacuuming or mopping to suit the finish, with belongings left as discussed.

AGREED A LITTLE EARLIER

A little more time and attention.

Tell us about these before the visit so the time and quote reflect the work.

Inside the oven
An optional extra, with the appliance condition and care instructions discussed first.
Inside the fridge
An optional extra. Agree how food will be removed and stored before we begin.
Cupboards and other requests
Mention interiors, extra rooms, or heavier buildup in your brief for a scope review.

Your checklist is agreed for your property. Specialist work and anything outside the scope are discussed separately.

A fresh start, on either side of the keys

You move the boxes.
We'll mind the details.

Moving has enough moving parts. Plan the clean around an empty space, a clear checklist, and the moment the keys change hands.

  1. Between the boxes and the keys

Aim for a visit after belongings are removed and before the handover. Share any other work scheduled in the property.

  2. A checklist for the whole space

Confirm which rooms, cupboard interiors, and appliance extras are included, along with any areas to leave untouched.

  3. One less thing to coordinate

Agree entry, available water and power, and who will receive the handover notes before the visit.

For the places people work

Fresh for the
next workday.

A tidy meeting room. A shared kitchen ready for the first coffee. Workplace care starts with how your team actually uses the space.

Build a workplace brief
THE ZONES
Separate desk areas, meeting rooms, kitchens, and washrooms. Tell us about shared equipment and surfaces that should be left alone.
THE HOURS
Before opening, after the last meeting, or between shifts. We discuss building access, alarms, and the contact responsible for the handover.
THE ROUTINE
Agree the regular scope and the occasional tasks. Waste handling, supplies, and any restricted areas belong in the plan from the start.

Care for the space.
Respect for what's in it.

THE NOTES THAT MATTER

Know the material

Share guidance for stone, timber, and delicate finishes.

Discuss the products

Tell us about preferences and sensitivities.

Keep the personal, personal

Point out keepsakes, private areas, and items to leave in place.

A few things before we arrive

Before we ring
the bell.

No need to clean before your clean. A few little details help us get started.

Pick the priorities

Tell us the two or three areas that matter most.

Plan the arrival

Agree parking, access, and the contact for the day.

Make room for pets

Arrange somewhere comfortable while we work.

Set keepsakes aside

Move fragile pieces and point out private areas.

The last few minutes matter

A clean finish.
A clear handover.

You should know what was done, what needs a conversation, and what to keep in mind for next time.

Walk through the priorities.

Review the agreed rooms and extras together, or arrange a short update if you are out. The handover follows the checklist you started with.

Leave a useful note.

An inaccessible area, a mark that remains, or a task that needs different care belongs in the conversation. We explain it rather than leave you guessing.

Make the next visit yours.

Share what worked and what you would like to change. New priorities, products, or extras can be reviewed before the next clean is agreed.

The nicest part comes after

A clean home.
A little more breathing room.

Less catching up on the house. More settling into it. A few little stories about what a thoughtful clean can make room for.

A regular reset

“Coming home to a clean kitchen and a bathroom I do not have to think about changes the whole evening. We can just put the kettle on and be home.”

One less moving-day job

“With boxes everywhere, it helped to have the cleaning agreed in advance. We knew what needed to be empty and which rooms were being taken care of.”

The little details count

“They asked about our wooden table and the products we prefer before starting. It felt like our home had been listened to, as well as cleaned.”

Clear answers.
A calmer start.

Do I need to be at home?

We discuss access and the end-of-visit handover in advance. For a first clean, a short walkthrough can help establish the priorities.

Can the checklist change?

Yes. Share any new priorities before the visit so the scope and time can be reviewed. Extra tasks may change the quote.

What about supplies?

Products and equipment are agreed when planning the clean. Tell us if you prefer your own supplies or have manufacturer care instructions.

Is a move clean a guarantee?

The scope is agreed around the property. Cleaning can't guarantee a deposit return or reverse existing damage, wear, or permanent marks.

A little less on your list

Let's make room
for a reset.
